One of the things I like best about living in the Historic Core in downtown LA is how so easy it will be for us to walk to dinner, then walk up the hill to the Ahamanson to see a wonderful live production.  It really doesn't get much better!

I lived in San Francisco for many years, and later in Alameda, and rarely went to the theatre, concerts, etc. because it was always so difficult with traffic, parking and lack of  good transit connections.

What a great treat to be living in downtown LA with great restaurants, watering holes, clubs, theatre, concert halls and museums within an easy walk!  No parking headaches.  No traffic nightmares!

Our weather is a lot better than San Francisco's too!

Two Bits Market Downtown LA

It's been great having Two Bits Market open.  They're very handy for a good bottle of red (or white), which is what I've bought the last two times I made the two block walk from my place in The Douglas Lofts.  If you haven't gone by, I recommend you give them a try!
