I'm seeing God of Carnage Tonight

I'll be walking up the hill to the Ahmanson Theatre tonight after a lovely dinner at home to see God of Carnage.  Another great time in downtown LA!  God of Carnage runs at the Ahmanson through May 29, 2011.

If you want to be able to walk to theatre, museums, great restaurants, bars, etc, you should consider living in downtown LA.

Coachella

The Coachella Music and Arts Fest starts tomorrow and runs through Sunday.  If you're going to the desert, you've had your lodging arranged months ago.  Next year, wouldn't it be nice to have your own Palm Springs place to enjoy, or to lease during this most popular weekend in the desert?

See my Palm Springs blog to search for Palm Springs homes and condos for sale!

Deasy/Penner&Partners opening office in Pasadena

Deasy/Penner&Partners is opening a new office location in Pasadena at 200 South Los Robles, just a few short blocks from the Del Mar Metro Gold line Station.

I am especially excited about this new location since I'll easily be able to take the Gold Line from my home downtown to the office in Pasadena.

Keep an eye out for those cool round Deasy/Penner&Partners for sale signs!
