Downtown Los Angeles Loft for Sale - Biscuit Company Lofts

This classic 1925 brick building, once a cookie and cracker factory, was built in 1925 and designed by architects Eckel & Aldrich.  The conversion to the Biscuit Company Lofts as work/live lofts in 2007 was completed exceptionally well, keeping many of the of original materials of the building, including maple flooring (now in common areas), terrazzo tile and industrial-size bronze windows. Other classic features are  exposed brick walls, brass lamps, copper doors and two original Otis freight elevators!

This three level unit is bright and light with beautiful wood flooring, an open loft floor plan, but with private bedrooms.  A versatile layout makes this loft an ideal work/live unit.  The large lap (swimmer's) pool is just off the main level patio.  A large balcony off the master suite has gorgeous views of the downtown skyline!

Church and State, a popular restaurant in the burgeoning downtown restaurant scene, is located at street-level of this historic building.  For a private showing, contact me at 213.321.5040
